I got SBL first time doing it on it's own. It was really tough. I did AAA and SBR together and failed both. I repeated SBR and gave it everything I had and got 50%. SBR and AAA could be done together in one sitting, because they are related, a lot of writing in AAA is assumed knowledge from SBR as well, so study for SBR would be beneficial for AAA exam.
