WebI think the main interaction that is preventing this is Lich Bane. His soldiers applying on-hits leads to a huge burst style for Q + Soldier Auto with a lich bane. Maybe if they made an exception for Azir and disabled the Sheen proc on soldier attacks, but allowed other "permanent" on-hits (that don't trigger like sheen), then the idea is much better. WebYou do realize that Azir can't proc Press the Attack with his Soldiers, right? That aside, RoA has always been a good purchase, its just not always seen as the best because it takes time to scale. The extra HP, Mana, AP, and sustain is good because Azir spams spells quite frequently, and it helps him not be bursted by any random champion.
