Webcentral up/down stairs. 28 rooms per level. 4 waterfall squares with adjoining grates--all dwarves get a bath and happy thoughts whenever visiting their room. the eight rooms at top and bottom are expanded as needed for lazy nobles. So not the most efficient layout, but it worked quite well, overall.
