TAXES & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY)
The prices you see upon checkout do not include VAT, regional taxes, customs or duties.
Your order may be subject to import duties, regional taxes or customs once a shipment arrives to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Clean Beauty House is not responsible for any customs, duty, or taxes applied to your package upon arrival to your destination. It is solely your responsibility to pay for any additional charges for customs clearance.
If you refuse a shipment from Clean Beauty House due to the owing customs, taxes or other reasons, please be aware that your original shipping charges or any other charges related to this shipment cannot be refunded, and the cost of returning the goods to us would also be your responsibility.
14-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges on unopened products in their original (undamaged) packaging for a credit note that can be used on anything at Clean Beauty House, less shipping costs, within 14 days. We are unable to offer exchanges on products that have been opened, used in any way, have damaged outer or inner packaging, damaged seal, or purchased on sale or promotion. We do not offer exchange or refunds on supplements. We do not offer exchange or refunds on any products that don't have an inner seal to begin with (some indie beauty brands do not have seals). It is upto the client to be aware of our policies prior to making a purchase. In order to help you select the right product, we invite you to ask our advisors lots of questions before you make your purchase. To this end we also list ingredients on all of our products and we encourage you to read the description thoroughly. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or returns. All costs to ship the product back to us are the responsibility of the customer.

No exchanges can be made past 14 days.
If you have sensitive skin, we highly recommend purchasing sample sizes to check for any reactions before making a purchase. As we do not manufacture the products we stock, we are not responsible for skin reactions and highly encourage you to patch test before application.

We do not accept returns on food items, supplements, teas, probiotics, lipsticks, lipgloss, deodorants, feminine hygiene, items purchased on sale, pre-orders, special orders, gift cards, digital downloads, courses, consultations, opened products, samples, or items purchased with a GWP promotion.
