WebAbsolutely horrible no customer service at all. Bought theri stainless cat water fountain, and the moter broke within 6 months. The last one i had (not from catit) lasted about 4 years. Tried contacted them and waited on the line for 50 mins no one picked up. Date of experience: March 05, 2024.
